​RESPONSIBLIITIES:

*Deliver ocean containers between ports in NJ and PA and customer facilities located within New Jersey, Southeastern Pennsylvania, and Northern Delaware. NO TOUCH FREIGHT!

*Plan routes and meet customer's delivery needs

*Use ELD TO comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures

*Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions

*Collect and verify delivery instructions

*Report roadside inspections, accidents or violations, and any vehicle defects

REQUIREMENTS:

*VALID CLASS A CDL

*VALID TWIC for port entry

*Ability to provide a MINIMUM 1 year verifiable driving experience and a MINIMUM 1 year container port experience

*Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc) *Ability to work 10-12 hours per day

*Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations

*No recent moving or driving violations

*Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
